About me

Born in Denmark and living in India, Maya has already traveled to about half a dozen countries before turning 13. Her curiosity, thought clarity, creativity, and passion towards life makes her writing fluently narrative and vivid.

About the Blog

This blog was started by a 13-year-old girl with a big love for words and a bigger curiosity for the world. It’s a place where poetry isn’t locked in a textbook — it’s something alive, playful, and personal. Here, ideas can be both quiet and bold, like a whisper and a thunderclap sitting at the same table. The goal is simple: to create a space where young people can express themselves freely, without fear of being “too much” or “not enough.” Whether it’s through poems, thoughts, or even a few odd metaphors, this is a home for creative minds to speak up, share, and be seen.
